The highlight of this hotel is the Agamemnon thermal spa & wellness center, located on premisis covering 2200 m2 with its indoor and outdoor pools, thermal pool (fed by the well known health springs of Balcova) sauna, solarium, hydrotherapy, bath therapy, aromatherapy, steam rooms, Turkish bath and fitness center. (04/08 SB) Rooms are medium in size, very tastefully furnished in soft soothing colours, offering spectacular views of the bay and mountains. All rooms have private facilities with split AC, direct dial telephone, inhouse movies, minibar, roomservice and interactive system. There are 2 restaurants, a club lounge floor, and a nightclub in the hotel. The breakfast restaurant serves a wide selection buffet, and the a la carte restaurant offers a superb dining experience with great views of Izmir. As the hotel recently opened in 2003, the exterior of the building is very modern, in a cylinder shape covered with blue plate glass. Large lobby, with a marble floor entrance and a small water feature opposite the reception. The whole lobby is brightly lit with both natural and artificial lighting during day time and softly lit during the evening. There is scattered louges to the right of the reception next to the lobby bar offering plenty of seating space.
