Ticket delivery at our point of sale
After payment is done and confirmed you can take your ticket from our point of sales situated in
Office hours:
- 09:00-13:00 and 14:00-18:00 Monday-Thursday
- 09:00-13:00 and 14:00-17:00 Friday.
We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Ticket delivery at your home/office
If payment is done by bank transfer or credit card, we can freely deliver your tickets at designated locations in
All you have to do is to provide a complete and accurate address and a phone number.
In case of printed tickets delivery is made:
within 24-48 h in
within 2 or 3 days by courier (Cargus, Pegasus)
Please note: courier delivered tickets are handed over on signature basis.
For a trouble-free delivery, please allow at least 7 days between delivery and your departure.
In case of electronic tickets (if allowed by airline company), you will receive a confirmation email a few minutes later after payment is confirmed. This email contains a reference number which will allow you to get your boarding pass when checking-in. You must also provide a passport or an ID, the same you have used when making your reservation. Some airline companies may ask further information about their passengers (passport number, date of birth, name, citizenship.)
If your destination is e-ticket eligible and you pay for your ticket on-line, via www.paravion.ro, using the accepted credit cards, your e-ticket will be delivered to a designated e-mail address even on Saturday and Sunday.
If you choose to pick-up your ticket from an airport outside Romania, the airline company will perceive a PTA tax, payable when the ticket is issued
