-
In case of paper tickets, the time of reception depends on your area:
- If you are located in Bucharest 24-48 h with travel agency courier
- For other cities in Romania (except Bucharest) 2-3 days with express courier (Cargus, Pegasus).
Attention, the tickets dispatched by courier will be given to you against signature. - If you chose the option electronic tickets, you will receive an email of confirmation a few hours after the payment. On this email you will find a reference which will enable you to withdraw your tickets at the airport the day of the departure. To withdraw your electronic tickets, you also provide with an identity card (passport or ID card) which have been used for the reservation.
A scheduled flight enables you to travel to precise and selected schedules and offers several category of comfort.
A flight charter means that a tour operator will rent an aircraft (or only some seats), and will use this aircraft only for a destination, using a flexible schedule.
Please find bellow some councils to follow in order to find the best tariffs:
- It is very important to spend the night of Saturday to Sunday at destination - this is the Sunday rule
- It's better for you to buy a return ticket ( it is more cheaper than an one way ticket)
- It is recommended to buy your ticket in advance ( there are special rates for buying tickets with 21 or 14 or 7 days in advance)
- Please try to test several airports, maybe there are different rates
- Please avoid the periods of great departures (weekends, Christmas, holidays of summer, public holidays) to benefit from the tariffs low-season.
- We also advise you to attentively look at the restrictions relative to each flight. In a word: the more flexible your dates of voyage are, plus your chances to find an excellent tariff are large.
- And the last advice- don't forget to consult our special Offers!
For all the airlines companies, it is enough to present you the day of the departure directly at the counter of recording the luggage. After presentation of your identifier (according to the airline companies) and/or of your identity paper, the representative of the airline company will process your ticket, and then will give you the boarding pass.
If you are a member of the program of frequent travelers of the airline company, think of presenting your frequent flyer card or of communicating your number in order to guarantee the recording of your miles.
If the majority of the European airline companies manage the electronic tickets, it is possible that some of them to offer this possibility only in certain airports. When you prepare your voyage on the www.pletch.ro site, we always inform you if you can buy an electronic ticket.
The following airline companies put at your disposal the electronic tickets: Air France, Lufthansa, United, British Airways, TAP Air Portugal, Brussels Airways, Swiss Air Lines, Littoral Air, Alitalia, British Midland, Iberia, KLM and Singapore Airlines.
When you prepare a multi-destinations trip, all your tickets must be of the same type. Consequently, if one of the airline companies with which you will travel does not manage the electronic tickets, the whole of your tickets will be issued according to the traditional method.
